Kudos. Big kudos. It’s good to see Alaskans with an entrepreneurial spirit making it work. Alaska needs more of them on all fronts if we are to survive post oil. Thanks for leading a charge.

A very well written article (as usual) with so many side stories that it really felt like short story. I will be adding a trip to Homer to my summer schedule this year with the goal of eating in many of those restaurants. Alaska does have a special connection to food and I want to steal as many good recipes as I can.
