And thank you for the Yukon Jam Bar recipe!! 
I must tell you it&#039;s the best thing since homemade jam! 
We end up with a lot of jam because, you know; you make it, give one jar away and get 3 back. 

I put all od the dry ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag to take to our remote cabin. Put the butter on ice to keep it solid. Once I was ready to make it i cut up the butter and put it in the bag. I mixed it up without getting my hands greasy! I assembled per your instructions using a fabulous 8 oz.  jar of strawberry rhubard jam.  I added a dash of cinamon to the top and baked it. 
Amazing and delicious!
