Strawberries are cheap at the grocery store and my rhubarb plant is going nuts. Here are some recipes to get your summer rhubarb-strawberry game going. Note: You can sub 50 percent strawberries into all of the baked rhubarb recipes if you want to take the sharpness down a notch. You can’t sub rhubarb in to the fresh strawberry pie but the slab pie can totally accommodate a couple cups of ‘barb. Enjoy!

You CAN sub rhubarb in for half of the strawberries in here, but bump up the sugar by 1/3 cup at least. And you might borrow the pie dough recipe from the next recipe!
