One of the best home cooks around, Tamar Ben-Yosef, and I are making dinner this month at South, building a menu around our most favorite (read: easiest/yummiest) go-to recipes for company. Come sample and then go home with our recipes for your next dinner.

Here’s our draft menu:
Starter:
Sweet potato latkes w/ a sour cream and chive sauce
Salad:
Vegan kale caesar with roasted chickpeas and avocado
Main:
Harissa chicken with preserved lemon, yogurt and olives
Double roasted fingerling potatoes
Giant roasted veggie platter with vinaigrettes: (Cauliflower, charred brussel sprouts, fennel, parsnip with hot honey, spicy beets, broccolini with brewers yeast, marinated mushrooms)
Farro salad with feta, tomatoes, pine nuts and herbs
Dessert:
Greek yogurt no-bake cheesecake
Flourless chocolate cake
Sweet fresh mint tea
